The whole experience was amazing. Kyra & all the girls were lovely, answered all my questions & did an amazing job! I’m so happy with outcome. It’s better than I expected & I love love love it. Ive now had 2 treatments 5 months apart & could have waited another 2-3 months but wanted to get in before the February weather. Same fantastic result. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent. My hair is so soft, healthy & so easy to manage now. I’m actually wearing it out after years of tying it up cause it was too hard to do anything with it. I’ve had so many compliments too. Thank you thank thank you 🤩

Overall, I’m really happy with my hair straightening results. The straightening itself worked extremely well — my hair was noticeably smoother, far more manageable, and I still retained a beautiful natural curl rather than it being completely pin-straight, which I actually love. Even a few months on, my hair is still much less curly than it was pre-treatment, and styling has been so much easier after the semi-permanent. I did experience some frizz returning earlier than I expected, which initially concerned me. However, this was later explained in detail, as the lower heat approach used to prioritise hair health. I appreciated the time taken to explain this and the focus on protecting my hair rather than risking damage. Despite the early frizz, I’m still genuinely in love with the overall result and how long-lasting the reduction in curl has been. I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting smoother, more manageable hair while still keeping a natural look.

I have had my hair permanently straightened at this salon three times now and the whole experience has been great each time. Easy to check availability and book online, clear pricing information, product ingredient transparency and a friendly and light atmosphere in the salon on the day. My hair is healthy and shiny after treatment, doesn't feel damaged in anyway. The results of the permanent straightening truely last until the hair eventually grows out. Highly recommend.

You know when you get a treatment done or purchase something and you tell yourself "this will make my life better" this treatment actually does. It is life changing. I cannot recommend it enough! My hair has never been healthier, longer, or easier to manage. It makes my curly, frizzy, dry hair into the hair of my dreams. I bleach my hair and the colour remains amazing! If you're thinking about it, there's so way you will regret your decision. Oh, and the staff are the kindest people you will ever meet.
